Because our products are custom-made, personalized, and built specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
Each item is made to order based on the options, colors, name, number, team details, or other customization information provided at checkout. For that reason, all custom and personalized products are considered final sale.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

If we determine that the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect, damage during production, or an error on our part, we will make it right by repairing the item or replacing the affected part when possible. If a replacement part is not sufficient, we may replace the full item at our discretion.
Customization Accuracy
Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order, including spelling, player name, number, team name, colors, and any other personalized options.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including misspellings, incorrect numbers, incorrect colors, or other inaccurate customization details. If we made the mistake, we will make it right.
Shipping Damage
If your item appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help determine the best next step.
Cancellations

Refunds
